Kimberly Garrett Brown is the publisher and executive editor of Minerva Rising Press, an independent women’s literary press. She has a MFA in Creative Writing and a M.S. in Written Communication. Her best-selling debut novel, Cora’s Kitchen was published in September 2022 by Inanna Poetry & Fiction Series. Her other publications include The Rumpus, Women Writers, Women’s Books, Linden Avenue Literary Journal, Black Lives Have Always Mattered Anthology, The Feminine Collective, and the Chicago Tribune. She currently lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
